Our product is a sodium naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate (SNF/PNS/FDN/NSF), naphthalene based high-performance water-reducing admixture for concrete. We offer various models including Type A (sodium sulfate content 5%), Type B (sodium sulfate content 10%), and Type C (sodium sulfate content 20%) to meet different project requirements regarding alkali content, cost, and adaptability.

I. Physical and Chemical Properties

Appearance: Brownish powder

Solid Content: 92%

PH Value (5% aqueous solution): 7.0 9.0 (Neutral to slightly alkaline)

Sodium Sulfate Content: Type A 5%, Type B 10%, Type C 20%, effectively controlling alkali-aggregate reaction

Chloride Ion Content:  0.2%, non-corrosive to steel reinforcement

Fineness (Residue on 0.315mm sieve):  5%, good flowability and easy dissolution

II. Main Performance Characteristics

Under the recommended dosage (0.5% 1.0% of cementitious material weight), the product exhibits the following properties:

High Water Reduction Rate: 18% 25%, significantly reducing the water-to-binder ratio and increasing density.

Excellent Workability: Bleeding rate ratio 90%, air content < 3.0%, improves workability and is non-air-entraining.

Excellent Strength Development: Compressive strength ratio 150% at 1 day, 145% at 3 days, 130% at 7 days, and 120% at 28 days

Durability Assurance: 28-day shrinkage ratio 125, complies with national standards

Controllable Setting Time: Suitable model can be selected based on project needs to adjust the setting time

III. Applications and Usage Instructions

This product is widely used in various concrete projects including precast components, bridges, roads, ports, hydropower projects, and industrial and civil buildings. Laboratory trials are recommended to determine the optimal dosage for use. The product is packaged in plastic-lined woven bags, commonly in 25 kg/bag, with 650 kg ton bags also available upon request. It should be stored in a cool, dry place and has a shelf life of 12 months.
